I had finally had it up to here flipping through television and seeing those lame ass made for tv specials about exorcism. Its a hoax and dangerous.

Intense Update.

For sure.
- Added ability to Register and Login (I might change this in the future but I’m interested to see how it goes.) You will never be required to register to comment.
- Made it so you don’t have to have comments approved anymore. (I encourage anyone to say whatever you want and as long as it isn’t spam I will leave it, Beware of making yourself looking like a idiot.)
- Upgraded to WordPress 2.6.2
- Added a lot of new content. Expect even more in the days to come.
Although I have added some new stuff I’m going to work harder on actually using this as a personal blog and less for videos, I mean I have youtube for that (although I am thinking I will make exclusive videos that might otherwise not be allowed on youtube). Even if only the closest few of my friends are the only ones to ever stop by and see what I have to say its totally worth it, it’s all fun in the end anyhow.

Making Atheism Beautiful

Talking to someone last night about atheism a friend pointed out that the label of atheism scares people, automatically a majority of people think of something ugly. How did this happen? Is it the societal implications that come with the label of atheist that make many shy away from it? I think atheism is something so beautiful, it opens an amazing view of the world where you don’t take the complex web of life that is so so intricate for granted.
Anyways on that note I wanted to share with you a essay from Penn Jillette that shows how amazing atheism truly can be :]

Religion and how it affects those around me.

I have been trying to get my girlfriend to come out of the ‘atheist closet’ for some time now. She has no problem telling everyone except her parents. She finally broke the news that she is intelligent and uses reason instead of believing in myths to her dad however whenever she tells her mom she is a non believer she breaks out in tears and Marleigh, my girlfriend then covers by saying no it was just a phase. Now that really fucking pissed me off because I can’t stand wish-washy people. Anyways what I really really don’t understand is how her dad can be a biologist, believe in evolution, and yet still believe in the Christian faith. It just fucking boggles my mind. Anyways I made a video about it.

CommyChristian on youtube posted a video asking the following questions
- What is the purpose of humanity?
- As true as the big bang is how did that even come to be?
- How can thousands of years of miracles and a whole book os stories of incredible things be rubbish?
- Is it honestly possible that billions of christians, jews and whatever around the world are nuts?
I would like to here everyone else’s answers to these questions. Really they take some serious thought, or at least they should.

4 Kick Ass Guys and 1 Girl (Side Project)

So as you can tell by the title 3 other guys (sparky6768 ,NightwishNick ,foxylover777 ) and one girl (gogreen18 ) are getting together to do a collaborative video channel. I’m not even sure what the video topics are going to be but it should be a really good time. Damn its like 3:30 in the morning but I can’t sleep. That was random. Anyways I’m finding out that if it wasn’t for my knowledge of html and css I would not have been able to put together this wordpress site. I mean people look at this layout and think its simple but behind the scenes man you don’t even know.

Finally Created the Site!

I have finally gotten around to creating my own website… I had quite a bit of trouple with the domain dns and such but I think I am getting it working fine now. I decided to go with wordpress as my site template because they do a great job however I could always change my mind and build something with dreamweaver. Anyways for you that don’t know me well I like to blog about atheism, skepticism, computers, and other fun and random stuff. Let me know what you all think of the site. <3 Jonny
